A&B Plumbing LLC sends text messages about your plumbing service: appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling or arrival updates, and replies to service requests you send us. We do not send marketing texts through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the box on our website’s request-service form that says:

“I agree to receive appointment texts from A&B Plumbing LLC. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

The box is not checked by default, and agreeing to texts is not required to request service or make a purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages for each appointment you schedule with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again. You can also call us at (865) 298-8122 and ask us to stop.
