Questions about leak repair
A pipe just burst. What do I do first?
Shut off the main water valve to the house, then call us. If water is near outlets or electrical equipment, stay clear and turn off power to that area if you can do it safely.
How can I tell if I have a hidden leak?
Turn off every faucet and water appliance, then look at your water meter. If it’s still moving, water is going somewhere it shouldn’t.
