Repiping
Replacing old or failing water lines in your home.
How we can help
Older homes can have pipes that corrode, leak or lower your water pressure. We can replace sections or repipe the house.
Signs you should call
- Leaks keep showing up in different places
- Low water pressure throughout the house
- Rusty or discolored water from the tap
- An older home with original galvanized or polybutylene pipe
What we do
- 1Look at what kind of pipe you have and what shape it’s in
- 2Lay out your options, from replacing a section to repiping the house
- 3Replace the lines with modern pipe
- 4Test everything for leaks and pressure when we’re done
Questions about repiping
Do I need to repipe the whole house?
Not always. Sometimes replacing the worst section is enough. We’ll tell you what we see and let you decide.
What is polybutylene pipe?
It’s a gray plastic water pipe used in many homes built from the late 1970s to the mid 1990s. It’s known for failing without warning, so it’s worth having it looked at.
