Information you give us

When you fill out our request-service form, book an appointment, call or text us, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service address
• A description of your plumbing problem and how soon you need help
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages from us

Information collected automatically

We use a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) to count page visits and button clicks, such as how many people tap “Call” or “Book”. It does not use cookies and does not collect your name, phone number or any information that identifies you personally. We may also record basic details like the page you came from and campaign tags in links (for example, “utm_source”) along with a form request so we know how people found us.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule appointments and provide plumbing service
• To send appointment-related text messages if you opted in (see below)
• To contact you about the work you asked us to do, including estimates and invoices
• To understand how our website is used so we can improve it

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box on our form agreeing to receive texts, we will use your phone number to send appointment-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates and replies to your service request. Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (865) 298-8122. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our texting provider), who may only use it for that purpose.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include:

• Our scheduling tool (Cal.com) when you book online. Its own privacy policy also applies to information you enter there.
• Our texting and phone providers, to send and receive calls and messages
• Our own self-hosted systems that receive form submissions and analytics

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep customer information as long as needed to provide service, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by calling or emailing us.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
