Water Heaters
Repair and replacement for tank water heaters.
How we can help
No hot water, leaking tank, or a water heater that’s seen better days? We can repair it or replace it.
Signs you should call
- No hot water, or it runs out much faster than it used to
- Water pooling around the base of the tank
- Rusty or discolored hot water
- Popping or rumbling sounds from the tank
What we do
- 1Figure out whether a repair makes sense or replacement is the better call
- 2Replace failed parts when the tank itself is still in good shape
- 3Remove the old unit and install the new one when it’s time to replace
- 4Check the connections and test for hot water before we leave
Questions about water heaters
How long does a tank water heater usually last?
Many tank water heaters last around 8 to 12 years, depending on water quality and upkeep. If yours is in that range and having problems, it’s worth asking whether replacing it makes more sense than repairing it.
My water heater is leaking. What should I do?
Turn off the cold water supply to the tank and turn off the power (electric) or set the gas valve to off or pilot. Then call us.
